Dr Raul Garcia was born in Cuba under Castro’s communist dictatorship. When he was 11, he and his mother were able to leave Cuba and eventually settle in Miami, both working hard to achieve the American Dream. Dr Garcia became an Emergency Room doctor, a profession he’s been in for 26 years. He is currently the Medical Director of Astria Toppenish Hospital.
