Crime is surging in Washington, to the point where we are now ranked the 8th most dangerous state in the nation. There’s been an explosion in violent crime, while we have the lowest number of law enforcement officers, per population, in the entire country. Dr Garcia will be a partner with state and local communities to make sure we get the funding and support and we need. Sen. Maria Cantwell has ignored the rising crime in our state for too long, but Dr Garcia will make sure public safety issues get the attention they need.
